Applications & Forms

Applications can be emailed to plan@crookcountyor.gov, brought to the office, or mailed to 300 NE 3rd St, Room 12, Prineville OR 97754 - Fee is due at the time of submission. Payment can be made by phone, if convenient. 

Please contact Crook County Planning Department to determine which application you need based off your property location and stage of development. If you know what application you need and do not see it below, please email plan@crookcountyor.gov for a copy.
