Vaccines for Children Program

The VFC program is a national program that ensues every child will have access to vaccines regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Crook County is a VFC clinic and will provide vaccinations to any child who needs them. 

Where to get vaccines in Crook County

  • Crook County Health Department

          The health department is open for walk-in vaccinations on Mondays 8:00am-11:00am & 1:00pm-4:00pm

          and scheduled appointments Thursdays & Fridays 8:00am-11:00am & 1:00pm-4:00pm.

  • School-Based Health Center / Crook Kids Clinic

Health Centers like Crook County School Based Health Center accept all individuals regardless of ability to pay. All payer mixes; those uninsured, underinsured, and self-pay are welcome. Health Centers provide services that include but are not limited to treatment when you’re sick, pregnancy care, dental care, normal checkups, mental health, substance abuse help, and more.

The Crook Kids Clinic is located next to Pioneer High School on 1st Street. They accept walk-ins when available. Call to make an appointment: 541-447-0707
