What is OHP?
The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is free healthcare coverage for people who meet income and other requirements. OHP covers medical care, dental care and mental health care (click here to learn more about OHP benefits).
To qualify for OHP benefits, you must:

- Meet income and other criteria (based on household size, age, pregnancy, or disability)
As of July 1, 2023, immigration status no longer affects eligibility for full OHP benefits under the Healthier Oregon law—people of any immigration status may qualify if they meet income and other basic requirements.
