Applying Online
To apply online, you will need to go to the Oregon Epermitting website and create an account.
Commercial
Commercial simple applications may be submitted online, should we need any information, we will reach out to the applicant.
Commercial structural applications, you may apply for the application online, but please keep in mind, we may request a paper set to be submitted as we're in the transition of commercial electronic review.
Residential
Dwellings & Structures
You will need to get your application from the bottom of the Residential Applications page, fill it out, then upload it with any applicable documents. A plans printing agreement is required with your online submittal.
Related documents to upload:
- PLANS: You must upload a high resolution full set of your plans (showing elevations, footing/foundation, floor plan, construction details/framing, etc.) all in ONE document. Separate documents for these items will not be accepted.
- CALCULATIONS: You must upload your calculations (when applicable) all in ONE document. Separate documents for these items will not be accepted.
- TRUSSES: You must upload your stamped, engineered trusses (When applicable. Metal free-span buildings or rafters do not require this.) and truss layout all in ONE document. Separate documents for these items will not be accepted.
If you have a contractor or another party you wish to give access to the file, you must fill out and upload an authorization form.
As an owner, if you are doing any of the work yourself, you must also fill out an owner construction responsibilities statement.
Please note: Inspection cards and job location cards will still need to be picked up from the office and available to the inspectors during construction. If you are unable to make it into the office, contact staff to see about other options of getting the inspection cards.
