Fee Increase Notice: Building, Onsite, Planning, Code Compliance, and Addressing Fees will increase July 1, 2023.

 
Beginning January 1, 2023, if your subdivision requires fire sprinklers, those plans are
required to be submitted concurrently with structural plans.

Our mission is to guide public and private development efforts in a manner which improves the quality of life in Crook County and convey our responsibilities in a transparent manner under the direction of the County Court, and the Planning Commission. All actions taken by Community Development are required to be consistent with the Crook County Comprehensive Plan, Transportation System Plan and Land Use Code.  Crook County Community Development implements these requirements while respecting the overall views and interests of the County and residents who are impacted by specific projects or changes.
