All of our documents are indexed and searchable by the names of the parties on the document. Addresses, map numbers, account number or legal descriptions are not searchable.
Crook County Deed Records are indexed back to circa 1882, however, due to image quality some (prior to 1971) may not appear in your search.
All other records (other than marriage records) are included in the Digital Research Room index from circa mid 1971 thru today. Mortgage/Lien/Misc Records prior to 1971 may or may NOT appear in your search.
Marriage Records are indexed back to circa 1990.
If you are looking for a document and are unable to locate it, please contact our office and a search through the historical index can be done.
All records available in the Digital Research Room are available to purchase online. Our office has a public terminal in our lobby that can be used to research documents at no charge, however anything printed will be assessed a fee of $0.25 per page. Our staff will help you get started using the equipment and finding your information.
