Mindfulness means paying full attention. When you are mindful you are slowing down to really notice what you're doing and how you feel. Pick up a Mindfulness kit with some fun activities that will help you learn how to be calm, focus, and handle big feelings. 

Kits are available July 19th-July 24th, while supplies last.
