Pacific Source:  To register click on the center “Get Started” button,  If you have already have an account, log in at upper right corner of the screen

Delta Dental: Log in or create an account with the links in the middle of the screen

Aflac:   Log in or register upper right hand of screen

Standard: Look for orange box at bottom left of screen, if you have not created an account you can do so at this time. Or log in with your password

MASA: Go to members, towards bottom of page, you will see a “click here to register” in red.  This will ask you for your membership # and date of birth.
