beginning at 5:30 PM, Fairgrounds Board Room, 1280 Main Street, Prineville Oregon 97754. The 
principal subject(s) anticipated to be discussed are Consent Agenda; Approve minutes of regular 
September 15, 2025, Fair Board Meeting. Discussion Items: Consider formation of CRR Contract 
Information Gathering Committee, Choose 2026 Fair Theme, Fair Board Applicant Interview Process.
