INVITATION TO SUBMIT BID PROPOSALS

Purchase of Acropolis Hypervisor Hyperconverged Infrastructure Server, Licensing, and Xi Leap Cloud Infrastructure

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Crook County, through its County Court, will open sealed bids for the Infrastructure Server, Licensing, and Xi Leap Cloud Infrastructure project.  Sealed bids will be received until September 3, 2020 at 2:00 p.m., according to the official clock located in the Crook County Administration Office.  Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and delivered on or before the deadline to the Crook County Administration Office either via hand delivery to: 203 N.E. Court Street; or via first class mail to:  300 NE Third St., Prineville, Oregon 97754.  Crook County Judge Seth Crawford is designated as the person to receive bids.  The bid opening will take place at 3:00 p.m. on September 3, 2020, at the Crook County Administration Office.  Final award will be announced during County Court at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, held at 320 NE Court Street, Prineville, OR 97754.

Crook County reserves the right to accept the proposal and award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder which is in the best interests of the County, to postpone the acceptance of bids received and the award of the contract for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or to reject any and all bids received and further advertise for bids.  The bidder must identify whether it is a resident bidder under ORS 279A.120(1).

This is not a public work contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or if applicable, the federal prevailing rate of wage required under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 USC 276(a)).
