Crook County Fair Board will hold its regularly scheduled meeting, Monday, January 12, 2026, 
beginning at 5:30 PM, Fairgrounds Board Room, 1280 Main Street, Prineville Oregon 97754. The 
principal subject(s) anticipated to be discussed are Consent Agenda; Approve minutes of regular 
December 15, 2025, Fair Board Meeting. Discussion Items: Crooked River Roundup Contract, Election 
of new Chair and Vice Chair. Scheduled Appearances: None. Executive Session: None. Additional items
