A quorum of the Crook County Fair Board will be attending a special public meeting convened under ORS 192.640, on Monday, November 4, 2024, beginning at 5:30 PM at the County Fairground Office, 1280 South Main Street, Prineville, Oregon, 97754.

The principal subject anticipated to be discussed is a response to a complaint submitted by Justin Alderman under ORS 192.705 alleging wrongdoing and violations of public meeting laws at the October 17, 2024 meeting of the Fair Board. The Fair Board may convene into an executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(h) and/or 192.660(2)(f). At the conclusion of any executive session,

the Fair Board will convene back into public session. Additional items may be discussed that arise too late to be included as part of this notice. To request assistance due to disability, please contact the County Fairgrounds Office, 541- 447-6575.
