Crook County Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF) Formula Fund and FTA Section 5310 Solicitation Notices for the 2025-2027 Biennium

Thank you for your interest in applying for Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF) Formula Funds and Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities administered through the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). Subrecipient Applications are due to Crook County by 5 pm on October 14, 2024.

STIF Formula Fund Subrecipient Applications

Completed STIF Formula Fund Subrecipient Applications must be submitted to Crook County by 5 p.m. on October 14, 2024. STIF Applications must be submitted in accordance with the instructions (see attachments) and using ODOT’s online form at https://www.cognitoforms.com/odot2/subrecipientprojectapplication202527/

Before completing your STIF Subrecipient Project Application, please review the STIF Formula Fund Guidebook (see attachments). Project applicants must be able to demonstrate the organizational, financial and managerial capacity to administer a grant in accordance with state and local laws, regulations and requirements.

Federal Transit Agency (FTA) Section 5310 Subrecipient Applications

Completed FTA Section 5310 Subrecipient Applications must be submitted to Crook County by 5 p.m. on October 14, 2024. Eligible subrecipients such as counties, mass transit districts, Indian Tribal governments, Councils of government and private nonprofit organizations can also apply for FTA Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Formula Funds. ODOT guidance for Section 5310 applications can be accessed here (see attachments). FTA Section 5310 subrecipient applications must be submitted to Crook County by 5 pm on October 14, 2024 using ODOT’s online form at https://www.cognitoforms.com/odot2/_202527section5310subrecipientapplication/

The Crook County Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund Advisory Committee will meet to review and prioritize STIF Formula Fund Subrecipient Applications and review FTA Section 5310 Subrecipient Applications during their meeting on October 23, 2024 from 1-3 PM at the City of Prineville Planning Department Building located at 387 NE 3rd Street in Prineville. STIF Advisory Committee meeting notices, agendas, and minutes are posted on COIC’s website at www.coic.org, as COIC was delegated to administer the Crook County STIF Program. Applicants are encouraged to attend STIF Advisory Committee meetings.
