Crook County Fair Board will hold its regularly scheduled meeting, Monday, December 15, 2025, beginning at 5:30 PM, Fairgrounds Board Room, 1280 Main Street, Prineville Oregon 97754. The principal subject(s) anticipated to be discussed are Consent Agenda: Approve minutes of November 17, 2025, Fair Board Meeting. Discussion Items: Reschedule January and February Fair Board meetings due to MLK and Presidents Day Holiday; Crook River Roundup Contract Outline. Scheduled Appearances: None.
