Public Notice Title III

PUBLIC NOTICE

Crook County hereby gives notice that it intends to expend funds in accordance with Title III of P.L. 106-393, Secure Rural Schools and Self Determination Act, as required under Section 302 (1)(b)(3) of the same and reauthorized in 2014.  The county intends to expend up to $20,995.98 in federal funds for purposes of purchasing two small unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) to assist in conducting search and rescue operations on Federal lands.  Send written comments to Crook County Judge Seth Crawford, 300 NE Third St., Prineville, OR 97754 by May 10, 2021 at 5 p.m.
