Property Inspections

We understand that property inspections for assessment purposes is an important topic of discussion for the citizens of Crook County. In an effort to help clarify what our rights and responsibilities are pertaining to inspections we have listed two Attorney Generals Opinions, a Crook County Circuit Court Decision involving trespassing and a 2015 order from the Umatilla County Board of Commissioners pertaining to property inspections for assessment purposes in Umatilla County. 

It is our desire to respect the private property rights of all citizens in Crook County while completing our statutorily mandated duties.
