Public Notice - Special Public Meeting - Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 9:00 am

The Crook County Court will be holding a special meeting to convene in Executive Session under ORS 192.640 and ORS 192.660(2)(h), on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, beginning at 9 AM at the County Administration Office conference room, 203 NE Court Street, Prineville, Oregon, 97754. The principal subject anticipated to be discussed is consulting with Counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. At the conclusion of the executive session, the County Court will convene back into public session. Additional items may be discussed that arise too late to be included as part of this notice.
