CONSENT AGENDA:
1. CU-10-0002: An approval of a request for a Conditional Use request by Lorry Tognoli for a Horse Camp on an 92.13 existing acre parcel in the Exclusive Farm Use Zone EFU-2. The property is located at: Northeast O'Neil Hwy, and is identified as: T 14 S R 14 EWM Section 23 Tax Lot 101.
PUBLIC HEARING:
1. AM-10-0012: (Second of two hearings) An Amendment Request to approve an Ordinance amending Section 17.40.090 of the Crook County Code, creating standards for Personal Bonds to guarantee Subdivision Improvements.
2. AM-10-0014: (First of two hearings) An Amendment Request by County Court to amend the Title 18 Zoning Code to add applicable standards and criteria for commercial and non-comercial energy power generating facilities in all zones; and including amendments to Conditional Uses requirements in Chapter 18.160.
3. AM-10-0009: (First of two hearings) An application by Rhoden Trust requesting a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the Heavy Industrial Zone (HM) of the Title 18 Zoning Code, adding a 20-acre area to the inventory of significant resource sites, and a Site Plan Review to place a temporary processing facility. The property is located between Lamonta Road and Bus Evans Road, and is identified as: T 14 S R 15 Section 23 Tax Lot 606.
