NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 
 
Notice is hereby given that the Crook County Court will hold two Public Hearings on June 1st, 2011, at the regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m., to be held in the Crook County Hearing Room, 320 NE Court Street, Prineville, Oregon.  The Court may elect to have two public hearings on each matter which is required to pass an Ordinance, or they may conduct the second hearing at the next regular scheduled meeting of June 15th, 2011.
 
RECOMMENDATION TO THE CROOK COUNTY COURT FOR A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TEXT AMENDMENT
 
AM-10-0164:  Crook County is proposing a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to add Non-Resource Land Policies to the Crook County Code.  An amendment to the County Comprehensive Plan is allowed pursuant to Chapter 18.168 – Legislative Amendments.
 
Statements will be heard at the hearings.  Written testimony may be submitted to the Crook County Court, 300 N.E. 3rd Street, Room 10, Prineville, Oregon 97754 prior to 5:00 p.m. on May 25th, 2011, or at the hearing.  NOTE: If submitting written testimony after May 25th or at the public hearings please bring 5 copies.
